So Easy Focaccia Bread
3-1/4 cups flour
1 envelope rapid rise yeast
1 tablespoon sugar1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1-2/3 cups warm water
3 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons italian seasoning
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, parmesan and italian seasoning in a bowl. Add water and 2 tablespoons of the olive oil, stirring until completely mixed. Spread into a greased 9x13 pan and cover with saran wrap that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.Let the dough rise for 30-45 minutes. (It should double in size.)Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the dough.Let the dough rise an additional 15-20 minutes while the oven preheats to 375 degrees.Bake for 25-35 minutes watching for it to lightly brown. Cool for 3-5 minutes, slice into servings and enjoy!
